School's out for-Ever! This is the song I heard while picking up my final prints at the UW. So ridiculously fitting I screamed in my car! oh Alice Cooper you got me!

I have uploaded some of the final prints I made in my etching class. They are two plate prints, which are extremely difficult to control. And as I have noticed I like the idea of etching but not the practice! I love the uniqueness of painting and monoprints. So I used some monoprinting methods which made my "final edition" not really an edition because they are visibly different because of the use of a brayer- I like them though

I have no idea what I am going to do with my life now. I have to get a job- benefits would be nice- money is necessary. But what about art? I was recently asked "What was your plan- you got an art degree?" I said artists don't plan- evidenced by my art graduation ceremony which was hilariously unplanned!
So now I have more time do make some art, and hopefully look for a job I won't despise. Wish me luck!
